Incarus Design has been custom designing furniture and interiors for 30 odd years. Incarus has a strong focus on the design development of simple and functional pieces of furniture.


Our philosophy is to create simplicity out of what can sometimes be a complex brief. Even the simplest table involves analysis of its structural design, function, material and cultural context. We explore the challenging task of design and aim to achieve a result, which has been tested without compromise. All our furniture is designed and manufactured in Melbourne using the best quality materials and finishes available. Clients can choose from a vast array of timbers, paint finishes, stainless steel, glass, marble, plastic and even bamboo.


In addition to designing and building unique furniture, Incarus offers a complete interior design service. Our products' come from renowned local suppliers and we can work with you to source rugs, lamps, artwork, blinds, cushions, glass and ceramic pieces that are best related to their intended environment.


As-well as designing and manufacturing unique and 'one off' pieces, we also offer complete apartment packages and home fit outs. In the past we have worked on projects at The Melburnian, The Royal Domain, The Metropolis, Beacon Cove and The Marquis to complete house fit outs including built in study units to the dining table. Our home visiting service ensures that we gain a complete understanding of our client's needs and in turn, we are able to produce the perfect piece of furnitutre.
